honestly in our hometown if any child behaved like Yan Yan he or she would be whooped I don't think it portrays proper upbringing , we have a saying to always be content with what you have or work harder to get that which you envy .. maybe I'm wrong but that's how we were raised ...eating in our neighbors houses was a taboo
It's annoying how the book title says 5 husbands but she only married the fifth husband at the end of the book we don't even get to know if Milo rubby Adrian got intimate or had kids the villains ..the writer could have explained in more detail what they did to rubi's parents and why overall the ending was disappointing
