As of today, Jan 22 2024, I've hit 20K views. I know this isn't a lot for most people, but for me, it's a huge milestone. I want to thank anybody who gave the slightest interest in my novel, I genuinely truly appreciate it. I would be immensely grateful for anyone willing to leave a review or comment or anything to let me know what they think of my story. Maybe things you like about it or tips you think might help me. 20K is a lot for me, knowing I'm a non-native English speaker who is working on this alone during my free time. I also never advertised it or shared it in any way. I am aware that I do not upload chapters often or with a stable schedule, but it is solely because I only write when I have time and when I am inspired. The chapters are also very long compared to the average novel here, they usually have around 4.5K words. But I do think my story has some good things going for it. The first chapters may not be the best since they are pretty old now, but I like to think that my writing and grammar have improved. I also often go back over all my chapters to do some edits sometimes. But I really recommend you give it a chance, I do think it gets better with time. I am writing this to inform the people interested that there is an auxiliary chapter following this chapter. So I recommend that you read "Jab's Story, Part One: The Blue Tint Of Fondness" before reading the chapter that will follow that one. Hey! If anyone read this, I just realized it probably wasn't clear, but there'a special chapter that kinda go after that one that covers the past of a character. It is only part one of a whole arc in multiple parts that will cover the whole past of that character. The other parts will be released bits by bits as the story goes on. I will also be doing that special fragmanted past character arc for every main character. Every character is then gonna have its own auxilary volume about their past, compiled in chapters (parts) that will be released thorough the actual book story line. That sound so unclear when i read it but hopefully that makes sense. Thank you for having interest in my book, even if it's just reading a few lines!
