The only difference alex could see was that his attack was white in color while the bfg was green as the shape was almost identical and even sent off stray electrical arcs as it traveled. when not detonated in an enclosed location like a ribcage the attack shot out very fast (it's lightning ,duh) and exploded with a radius of about twenty yards of pure white hot death. as a fire attribute monster anjanath are very resistant to heat but lightning is nearly as hot as the sun itself so image that but all over its head.

'Odd , i wonder if i could stretch this space out?' alex wondered as he pushed against the rubbery wall as hard as he could only for it to snap and light to pour in. alex knew something strange was going on at this point and began to struggle against the hole he made in his container. the hole grew bigger and bigger until alex could finally slip out and what he saw stunned him. his "hands" were in fact thin reptilian claws with fat finger parts and he could see a scaled snout in front of his face.

After that Nick left the office feeling much better about the situation than he did going into it. Sure he knew that it was still going to be a stressful next few weeks as the news got out and everyone showed their reactions. But with such huge influences backing him Nick knew he would weather the storm just fine. Even more Nick didn't feel like he really needed to worry about the order of the golden sands anymore after reaching tier four. It needed to be understood that he held the full knowledge of Salazar Slytherins library as well as all the information and skills Nick had personally researched at his fingertips.-

i think it was mentioned very early on that elves being one with nature was a stereotype formed from elves often living in forests and such
Nick wasn't amongst those numbers as he had long since taken the individualized tests by the professors on the subjects and passed with perfect marks in everything except herbology which he had trouble with the practical portion as per normal for him. The additional classes he took the exams for besides the core classes had a weird air to them as the professors tried their hardest to have him stumble. Nick knew it was about their pride as teachers that didn't want them to just admit that their classes were useless to him.-

Through an ancient ritual Nick was tested on his talent and potential only to be found a squib. As per the orders long held tradition the brat was mind wiped about everything related to the order and exiled to the muggle world to fend for himself. This proved to be the final straw for the woman who in her fury destroyed every tome of knowledge collected over the last five centuries forcing the order to execute her. But at that point it was already to late and the elder could easily foresee the orders decline as their foundation had been almost entirely destroyed.-
