hello everyone translator here and I've got some bad news. I've translated through chapter 129 and I've gotta say the writing has really dropped off to the point its almost illegible. I spent all weekend on chapter 127 alone trying to untangle and bridge the spaghetti monster that it was with jumbled plotlines, scrambled sentences, jumping from first person to third person perspectives, repeating text, and inconsistent names. Currently I am debating dropping the book altogether as I do not believe I can maintain the hobby level translations I've been doing up to this point while also keeping the same pace of releases if in addition to my current process I have to reconstruct chapters from scratch to make it even barely legible. It just felt like more of a job I'm not getting paid for more than a fun way to read stories I wouldn't have been able to read otherwise and it is becoming more trouble than it is worth. I am thinking of just releasing 5 chapters a day this week, using my stockpile to hold you all over while I attempt to struggle through these horribly written chapters to see if the quality improves somewhat after this rough patch.
