I can't agree that this chapter shoes Ciprian as being more human. it makes me dispise him even more. The way he is lying to himself he is denying everything that could have been even the tiniest bit redeeming . He is using his "love" for Loma as an excuse to make himself a more powerful "God" in his own realm . I truly despise this character.

I got an inkling of that during Ciprian's argument with Yamm but wasn't sure I wasn't reading more into it. Author you are too diabolical!
His daughter would never forgive him if she learned what he'd kept from her and Rowan, that he actually was her brother and not just a pretend one. She would despise him for what he'd done to Rowan to save her.

With the author throwing so many surprises at up there's no telling what the white Hart could be. Thus is another aspect I love about this story. It's so unpredictable. Usually I make guesses to myself on plot lines and read on to see how right I am. I get disappointed if a story is too predictable . so far I have not been disappointed. Such good work

it's so hard seeing all this hatred and mistrust between them all. it makes me hate Caprian even more. He's the source of all this. it's rare that I hope a character dies by the end of a story but this 1cill even lend a hand to the slaughter

Nicasi is such an interesting character. most of the time healers are portrayed as being sweet and kind. Being gruff and "grumpy" is so opposite . The more I read the more I want to get to know all your characters. I would be happy with just your MLs but all the side characters add so much to keep the readers attention.

Amazing how just the right person can make all the difference in the world. I live how Rowan is pictured as being ignored and nearly invisible to everyone and how Wren takes so much pleasure in just looking at him. ignoring someone denies their humanity. To find someone who really "sees" you is a blessing

For an amateur Rowan certainly had great instincts.
Rowan didn't know the first thing about physical intimacy or the proper way to kiss someone, but he knew their bodies weren't close enough to satisfy him. Without removing his lips from their prize, he threw one leg around either side of Wren's hips and rocked his pelvis toward the man's waist in an effort to relieve the growing sense of urgency that accompanied his arousal.

I've had to be away for a while abd missed this story so much. I have lots of FPs saved up so I'm hoping to get a little caught up soon. Rowan is so caring and selfless. Wren better get back soon and give that poor boy all the TLC he needs and deserves.

I agree with you. I kept reading hoping something new would happen but it doesn't too manyvof these novels follow this same format and its very monotonous . change the names and copy/paste the plot.
