I think the author is mistaken about something, Senjutsu is a technique using Ki and natural energy. Touki is a cheap version of the way Ki is used in Dragon Ball. Youjutsu uses magical energy called Youki, similar to the energy used by the Youkai in Nurarihyon no Mago. Finally, I recall that Kasha is the Senjutsu technique exclusive to the Nekoshou tribe among the Nekomatas.
Nekomatas were able to use different arts derived from the use of Ki, Senjutsu and Youjutsu, also having the ability to use Kasha.

I have to refute that, author, if we take the Top Tiers characters in Highschool DXD they're Tier 6 (various people) according to the VS Battles rankings while in RWBY they're Tier 6 (Salem, Ozpin, The Relics) but the God Tiers in DxD are Tier 5 (Issei, Vali, Great Red, Ophis, the Machine Gods ExE) and in RWBY they're Tier 4 (God of Light and God of Darkness). Technically, RWBY has the highest ceiling in terms of power.
I had exactly one hundred points so I was able to use the Gacha. So here I go gambling again. I selected Rias' world as the power ceiling there was so much higher than RWBY.
