Atleast looking at mds ray doesn’t have a particular weakness the only things that got to him in the other book was his family which are all dead now(most likely I can’t remember if his mom was ever confirmed to be dead), his friends which I would assume are all dead as well, and the last thing that affected him was his curiousity that made him make rash decisions which is a trait that Quinn shares as well so I don’t know how well Quinn could utilize that to his advantage that being said he does want to know more about Quinn’s shadow power because he has seen it before in his past

If he doesn’t throw on his gauntlet and use qi drain a swear he was just complaining that it was to hard when his enemiess are to fast to use it literally perfect thing to do it on and he could get a ton of ki to even out his vampire aura!
Shaking his head, Quinn couldn't let this setback shock him. There were plenty of times when fighting his enemy that his attacks didn't go through. If there was one thing Quinn was, it was the fact that he was versatile with his attacks. If one thing didn't work, then it just meant he would have to try something else.

And the thing with a time power is it doesn’ necessarily have to be op it could only slightly delay time for one person at first or only slightly affect the world or the MC as well and there’ tons of limiters it would cost a ton of resources to upgrade so that would limit it if he got it from the auction house it could cost him everything to get it so he would have to start from scratch to build up resources and as far as battling other people it could be considered a debug so a skill like purify could resist it or this could be the first gene he fails to inscribe and would have access to its full power so many possibilities!
