There are more pros than cons like after conquering it he can build an army there and it would be pointless if its time stopped he cant use the planet passively and well the cons are minor as he can just tp other people to his world with him without cost and same the other way.
This world's time flow will be fully bound to the main world. Time ratio between the two worlds is 1:1.
