If you have read or watched Naruto then you should know that others have indeed used the same earth release jutsu multiple times. They just can't do it as well as Ohnoki. Only Ohnoki has developed it to the point where he can fly and stop meteors. It's an advanced jutsu to start with and to develop it to that point must be extremely hard, that's why no one else has been able to do it yet. Ps I don't remember clearly but I think someone in boruto has learnt it too.

There is nothing wrong with being patriotic. I don't know if I am patriotic or not(hopefully I never have to find out), but I sure hope that the soldiers of my country are patriotic rather than normal.
Being from earth he really doesn't overcomplicate the power of chakra, to him it's a tool to protect himself and those he wants to and kill those who harm him, he doesn't share the same love for the village like everyone else but nor does he hate it and it's the same for the rest of the villages.
