Quinn is probably the best Oc side character for any fanfic or original story because he’s mysterious and when he gathers more screen time it shows how much a big deal he is.
So, Quinn came to a logical conclusion to join the house of bookworms who had their heads into books and where he could operate in peace with no politics, disturbances, negative reputation, and needless nosy people. He just needed to blend in as your average Ravenclaw, which was too easy for Quinn.

It is possible because Multiple characters in Boruto bypass space, Gojo is literally Dead because Mahoraga adjusted and figured out how to cut through space in which gave Sukuna the idea of cutting through space.
