I think you misled by my comment as I didn’t blame the teacher per se, but the point I was implying was that teachers even though not directly stated by law should care about the well being of heir students and try to stop conflicts before they happan,however since the situation escalted the way it did and the fact stands that teenagers are hIghly susceptible to stupid actions, he should have been the first one to stop it if it ever comes down to it. A teacher isn’t legally obligated to,but most the time they would.
