Small hole in the body of a dragon may be considered negligible damage if you don't have enough accuracy to hit some small but necessary organ. ...And who would even use rare and limited material on something expandable?

Formally sisters of his parallel versions... and one of them is alse a parallel version of his sister. But anyway, Illya also were kind of addicted to a magical girl show, so it can be passed as a normal attribute of his sister that lives normal live without a need to be sacrificed as a holy grail.
