Wait, in an earlier chapter it explicitly stated that Naruto was better than Sasuke at pure Taijutsu. 4 out 10 is not better.
But fortunately for him while Naruto has a lot of brute strength, he didn't actually have any technique. Every time he fought against Sasuke during the academy, he was fighting purely on his instincts. But even then out of ten times he at least won four matches.

In the mortal realm, Zeus' legendary lightning didn't even reach the Dead End. It certainly tried — a pillar of pure godly light descending upon a single specific point in Gotham. Then the Dead End deflected the smiting as if it was nothing. In the casual blink of an eye, the lightning was returned to its sender.

I'll see if I can come up with something to help. I remember that in Wizard's world, there was a magic that was effective against dark creatures, Expecto Patronum, if I recall correctly. If Wizard or I can replicate that effect using the runes, we could make some kind of holy grenade or something. Not to mention the Terraria items, but well, that was a thought for the future.

He knew Jutsu that were forbidden to know, so much that the family was accused of treason, why on earth would they not suspect him, were they supposed to just know he's a reincarnate with the template system? Be realistic.
Fearing that Kazuki would one day grow too distant from the family she tried to bring him closer to the family in her own way and when failing she grew frustrated as any teen would; not knowing that Kazuki's feeling for his family never decreased or increased.

Not necessarily, Naruto's seal was designed to filter Kurama's chakra into Naruto's constantly, so Naruto's growth was always extreme, Kushina can only access a certain amount seperate from herself just like the other Jinchuriki that don't work together with their bijuu.
Kushina who had the whole nine tails sealed inside her would surely be way stronger than Naruto.
