To be honest, im somewhat conflicted.... dont get me wrong, its a great book, and i love how you are not afraid of making the main character suffer... but for me, the ending just felt... too much for me to accept... perhaps it was simply a product of good writing since i truly felt for the MC when he learned that everything he had worked so hard for was kind of a lie, all the suffering he went through because of his mother was meaningless and his mother isnt even there to atone, and the only person who couldnt assimilate with the Systellions was the MC himself as he simply left everyone he loved.... everything just felt so bitter sweet, perhaps too much for me... Well, now that I've gotten that out of my system, it was a great book that riled up my emotions for sure, just wasnt a book i could truly like due to the ending (perhaps more personal preference) Thx Author 😄😉
