I just wanna know how the private stage guys are able to get the cores if Micheal is having issues cutting them out.
Even those at Private Grade definitely had collected enough monsters core to able to buy a Skill much less everyone else.

If it is your natural element (Self points), i belive you can collect many more than if that is not the case. i.e. HS has 900 (iirc) self points of his element.
Han Sen only had one hundred time king spirit geno points, unlike Moment Queen, who was born with a direct attunement to the element.

So, from what I understand, He has 9 gene locks open. He also has the ability to control how many of those to use at any time as well. This is why we are seeing so many different numbers. The main thing translation needs to get down is how to express the difference between activated lock and opened locks.
With eight gene locks open, though, Han Sen did his best to try and catch up.
