Besides Runecraft I bought Zelretch's book, shenanigans apart, the book it's a very useful one as you would expect from the monster that could fight the Type-Moon. It explained the use of the thaumaturgical system quite easily, that even a person like me without experience can train it without a lot of risks. It also explained how to discover one's element and origin. In my case, I had a high affinity with fire and wind and a middle affinity with earth, that is with the common attributes.
