That's not how that works but alright. Shukaku as said has one tail. Whenever you add a tail, you add a Shukaku amount of strength to the beast. One tail Naruto = 100% Gara chakra-wise. 100% Naruto is 9x stronger than Gara chakra-wise.
Naruto brought his right hand to his chin in a thinking pose. "I don't really know what they can do so it's hard for me to say" - Naruto started.
