Considering Kaido’s size in comparison to Onigashima, he is about 5miles as a low estimate if we base it off of that scene. Of course Kaido’s size constantly changes, so if we were to look at another scene it would place him at about 1 mile based on size comparison’s between him and the towns. And of course there are other scenes that place him at 75 meters. So just pick and choose a scene or give the dragon form the ability to shrink atwill and that fixes the issues of size.
