Ok I like math so let’ do some math. So here it suggests its 3 days by carriage. Under ideal conditions top speed of a carriage is 20 mph. More likly between 10-15mph. Let’ assume 15mph and they travel 10hours per day . That would mean the capitals are about 450miles apart and the puppies run about 55mph. And that’s about the distance from Cleveland Ohio to New York city.
