I imagine it would cause a lot of friction between her and Catelyn. She was betrothed to Brandon and will probably dislike her, also Ashara staying at Winterfel might cause Catelyn to think that she wishes to supplant Robb and name Jon as heir to Winterfell.
To account for Ashara's disappearance, it would be said that she had flung herself from a cliff. It was not a dignified fate for her to have, but what mattered was that it was a believable one.

It most likely won’t continue. There’s a lot of things that I don’t really like in the fic and whilst I could re-write it, I‘m not sure if I would be able to get to the same point where I am currently and not get bored. I have a few ideas in my mind but I probably won’t write any of them in the next year - I’m too busy at the moment. Thanks though for all the support you’ve given throughout the story and it was nice to be able to give people some entertainment for a while.
