I feel like getting the powers with the fantastic 4 is a little weird since some of the powers are basically just the fantastic 4 powers, so it would make more sense to get them separate, maybe a mad scientist trying to recreate the fantastic 4 on a guy. Something artificial rather than accidental, to explain why he got so many powers while the fantastic 4 only got one each, like how superskrull has all the powers of the fantastic 4 and was purposefully made that way.
Never really read about any one having the same powers as The Incredibles. By that I mean powers scaled to the same level as the Pixar film so the main character won't be too overpowered at first because of all of the abilities he will have. (I'm thinking of doing the template theme since Jack Jack's powers may be too over powered)

My interpretation of the anime is somewhat base stats transfer like evolved stronger pokemon are naturally stronger than unevolved weaker pokemon, but training makes up for those differences so any pokemon is viable, which I think in better since there’s so many cool looking pokemon that are never used cause they’re weak.

Would MCU things be anomalous? They can be explained with the rules of that world, anomalous things are usually not explainable or at least not explainable how it got there. Like tech advanced beyond what is possible or things that do things they shouldn’t, etc.

Also what would one guy no matter how strong really do, at best you’d be the equivalent of a one man squad like James which while it has its uses won’t single-handedly win a war. A superhero is more valuable for morale and funding than for war.

Good, templates are overdone and not the best for creative use of powers. Althougn since Jack Jack has so many powers maybe have him able to use more of the powers as he trains more, like early on it takes too much energy to use some of the energy projection powers for it to be used in combat until he trains stamina.

I thought the door fruit only goes into another dimension if you open a door in the air, if you open it on a wall it just makes a normal door that lets you go through the wall.
