I think it was kind of self explanatory, he was no special forces or anything that he is paranoid enough to go hiding his identity as soon as he arrived. He just woke up after decades of being in cryogenic suspension trying to slow down his terminal sickness and woke up finding his world destroyed. Was not even aware he made a wish on an all powerful item that would bring him away from his former home planet until he was sent there in the Marvel world. He grew up on a rather advanced version of the Earth that had already started it's space Era so how would he have the alertness to even consider acting like a undercover agent as soon as he arrived. Sure he has the battle experience of Might Guy as well as body reflex of Zombieman but that's it. He is new to his powers and just woke up feeling very hungry since he had not eaten a decent meal for decades even if he was unconscious. Surely people will be curious as well but since this is Marvel where some people are mutants then the populace are kind of used to hearing news of people with ability even if it was mostly hate speech. So in my mind they might not care for a mutant that can just eat a lot of things, that is why even then the police that arrived did not engage since if the person is a suspected mutant then why should they be in the front line when they do not even know if Paul was a mutant or not. And from the beginning other than eating a lot he had not done much damage. SHIELD may be alerted but for them it's just another possible candidate for the Index. Also I seem to have mentioned Paul's heritage in a few chapters after this, so I hope this reply is enough to explain some things for you. The MC is not a dark broody paranoid edge lords MC like you used to read so please do not expect too much. First premise I wrote this novel is how would a normal person who found himself with so much power react when deep within he has no great aspiration or ambition at all and prefers to live peacefully doing what he likes. There are much for me to work out to figure which kind of end game am I going for this Fic as I try figure out what will differentiate this novel from other fanfics. Hope this reply helps clear things up.

He also placed a statue carved by him personally with the finest marble he could find in his backyard. He made a very large ten feet statue that was detailed to the very smallest hair and pores; he also used the face of a very pretty girl he had seen in instagram. A character named Reniella Villondo, a book character written by a Filipino author on his last world. When the image first came to the internet, it drew a storm of fans saying that such beauty is so unreal thus Mark decided to use that face.

I think that the MC is thinking about places in Marvel or DC that uses such currency since his customers are only from those worlds. He might not be able to corelate the Harry Potter world to Marvel immediately since he focused on the Marvel and DC aspects.
He was not sure why but the System identified the currency which Mark could not find but the names somehow was familiar. He was not just sure where he heard of such currency that needed silver sickles and golden galleons.
