Todoroki isn't ehat you dhould imitate in DC. His techniques are kinda basic too tbh. should look at fire force for pyrokinesis and Esdeath is a good example of ice at great heights. If he can use time stop with both ice and fire it might get even better (esdeath does it and that white hair dude does it in fire force)
In fact for all intents and purposes, I was determined to train my duo-ability in the same way he did his.

Speaking of, how do people write stories without planning stuff out beforehand? Carefully planned plot threads are my bread and butter that connect everything together, how people can just improvise and BS their way through a plot without those I have no clue.
