I don't know if you consider it harem but, why not make the MC have two partners, I believe it would work well, even more so in the context, for example as the golden dragon who has two partners, I don't remember his name, I just remember that he was a dragon and the two women were from Zerrikania.

First vitality and endurance are out. Getting hit more than once will be KO no matter how much into vitality I pop right now. And while more stamina from endurance might seem good I'm fairly certain I have enough stamina to last until either one of us gets their shit kicked in.
