You can make like the Toksuka Blade is in a cave wherever you want and when Itachi enters and sees it, he enters to a genjutsu very real that even itachi things its real, where he wakes up like another new day in the village. A event occurs where he has to make a very important choise, if he pass it he will get it but if not he will be seal and he will be memorizing for the rest of his life a tragic event until his death takes him.

Im not agree with u... Wood Style of Naruto Anime... You know...

But creating a material like wood is a waste of energy, and John was never really interested in wood, so he didn't understand its composition. Creating wood to use fire magic seemed stupid, so he thought, why doesn't he just create the flame itself? And to his surprise, it worked.
