For having a B- INT, he should know that stealth=/=invisibility, having a 100% Stealth would make you "invisible" at will, not permanently.
This skill didn't have '%' like the others, but I understand. How do you even numerize stealth? If I ever got it to %100 would I be permanently invisible? Yeah... sounds like bullshit.

It's really good, the way almost every single situation is described at the highest detail and how consistent and inteligent every character behaves, really gives this ff a 5 star score, since I can't really think in a bad feature in it. Althought I would like to read a bit more of Neji's situation and Sasuke's manner of helping him. The way it shows you the viewpoint of a lot of characters is really nice.
