He took deep breaths to settle himself and opened her eyes to look at his Luna---no, at Salana. Her face was covered in speckles of blood, there was a bloody smear on her cheek as if she had wiped her face, and her hands were dripping in blood as well. Her eyes still looked a bit dead, but as though she was gradually regaining life in them. Her blue robes' bottoms were crimson red in places, as if they had absorbed all of the blood she had stepped in, and there were splatters all over her. She tucked her hair behind her ears and tilted her head back towards the ceiling of the warehouse, taking deep breaths. His eyes wandered over the two heaps laying on the ground before quickly averting them. Seeing it once was more than enough for him.
