God bless mindless machines

The River of Forgetfulness tried to take those memories away, but the Light's power was a lot stronger than it. In the end, every single memory, emotion, or anything related to that was sent into that Light. With the memories disappearing altogether, the River of Forgetfulness felt like its target was gone. The River didn't have a mind. It only did what it was supposed to do. With no more memories to wipe out, it would simply start the next process.

True there are lots of "young master" types. But usually those are just ppl who have never written their own stuff and can therefore simply not relate how this "criticism" can feel. Either way, you clearly have some talent, so hopefully you decide to keep writing. Good luck regardless :)
