Cancer is fundamentaly related to entropy itself, life is about resisting this fundamental law temporarily and pass down this cycle of resistence to new offsprings, it is natural to age, and it is natural to develop cancer, even more natural now because we developed many ways to resist aging through our understanding of the world and bodies and disease related deaths that humans live much longer then generations upon generations of their ancestors did and our genetic makeup, genetic niche( if we could call it that) is not familiar to living this long, it might change in about a 100k year if we don't bring our end by ourselves before that. And it is not like our body has no defense against it or something like that, your body fights against cancerous formations constantly you re just not aware of it, it resists till it can't keep up with the errors happening in your cells. We need to accept that we are flawed existences, even our bodies defense mechanism against cancer cells is through cells and leukemias, lymphomas are about the canceration of these cells that constantly fight against it.

İ don't have a problem with him being panicked and not in the right mind after the event if it was definite that he had his previous world's character in totality and only the memories of kingpin's son, it is general discontent of the things happening thus far and after i have problem with,i could have worded it better my fault there , i just made a casual comment for the story on paragraph comments, anyway absolutely no reason to stay in gotham, the inconsistent psyche of the mc where at times it is insuniated that there is an other identity, person in his head and at other times only the memories are mentioned and the voice in his head treated as nonexistent, after this he is forced to work for penguin and take care of the kid which are both forced to the story along with his costume's discovery, throughout the long time he worked at the shop he always acted in character of his previous world except for his bõnnər for roses, then comes the casual killings and fights, and lastly adrenaline's effect are not definite in clouding the judgement, in general it makes focusing and remembering( the mind remembers things better when it involves a perceived threat) better and force us to make quick judgements thus deeper level thinking like planning , reasoning and conclusion making becomes harder but that is the case of normal people of this day, trained people have much greater control over these things( they don't need to be trained to extremes, don't get the idea that it is too hard and needs years upon years of training) and actually thrive in life threatening situations when it comes to reasoning skills, an example that can be seen often in casual populace is exam students, many student perform better in the last quarter of an exam where stress and adrenaline is higher.

If you re a religious people, the god you believe in created you and claims your soul to be judged and you don't have a way to permenantly end your existence, you re bound to the choices given to you, in this case you re as free as the amount of given choices. Freedom is always relative, it is about how much room you re given, it is conditional, you have no say in which age you re born, to which parents, or if you ll have a birth defect, your level of intelligence thus you re level of understanding , your options to choose a partner are limited, the rules, culture of the society you were born into are out of your control and you re personality, your aspirations, your expectations, the things you re ignorant of, values they are all shaped by that society, a muslim thinks a christian to believe in a bastardised religion, and a christian thinks a muslim has deviated from the path jesus has shown them, from the very moment they were both born their mind has always been trying to assimilate to the their culture, ignoring inconsistencies, the whys, justify , integrate so that they can fit. Our mind does not have the ability to discard, the things exposed to you one way or another affects your psyche and even if someone acquired enough self awareness to recognise these patterns they are still not free, no one is.
