Suddenly, Audrey's body felt fatigued, she felt herself falling and hitting something cold. Stretching out her hand to feel what it was she leaning on, she paused. It was cold and smooth, her mind told her that her feet were still on the ground. That was a good sign, she though.

The ceremony each magical creature went through when they reached a certain age. This allowed them to enter the magical realm. They could study, work or live their depending on what abilities they had. To a magical creature a proclamation ceremony was a golden ticket to success but it could also be a death sentence. One could only hope for the best outcome and wait.

...behind the trees for COVER
Gunshots fired and echoed all around the mountain. They ran while hiding behind the trees for covered. Audrey, Shawn and Ralph were angels. Creatures that existed since time immemorial. They were worshipped as deities and perceived as the light that fought evil. Yet here they were being hunted down.

...tried finding BOOKS... ...passed down myth.... the only logical explanation... ...why was it so important....
Ever since then, Audrey had searched and tried finding book concerning this `trigger` but no results were found. It was either an expression or a past down myth or a specific towns folklore. That was the only logic explanation she could come up with that could satisfy her curiosity. But now? She was not as sure as she was before. What was this trigger? Why is it so important? What did it look like? And what did she have anything to do with it? Why only her?

...it occurred to her that she HAD spoken...
It kept her looped in the moment. The words echoed in her mind but it occurred to her that she has spoken, but that wasn't her voice! Her lips had moved. Audrey was sure, they had moved. She had felt them move but the sound, that melodious voice was not hers.

...DUE to the little girl's....
While looking around, something seemed to be bothering her. They both sat in a comfortable silence. Both thinking of the same or different things. The air around them was calm. However, doe to the little girls strange power, cracking noises followed by shattering sounds could be heard now and then. The young man's face grew redder by the minute. Anger growing within him gradually.

"Get down," he growled. His fangs grew larger. His whites became black and his green eyes glowed as though a for had been lit within them.

Just then the little girl walked passed him. She stepped on the chairs arm and hoisting herself on his desk she sat. The young man shot her a dangerous look as soon as landed on the desk. However, she gave him a "pfft" and ignored him completely.

...his clothes WERE grey...
His hair was long and its color grey. His clothes was grey as well. White fluffy ears sat on top of his head. His eyes were green and screamed death to whoever looked him in the eye. Perhaps this was what filled him with curiosity. Why hadn't this little girl died yet? She had always looked him in the eyes, right? What was so special about her? Was she really human?

The young man stated at her amused by what he saw. He had expected her to be scared, cowering in fear and running away at the sight off him. Nevertheless, here she was giving off an intimidating gaze. He was fascinated by her character. She had filled his heart and mind with enthusiasm that he hadn't realized that he was still holding the door. Immediately, he let go.

...when she stepped outside the room/out of the room
On closer observation, one could tell that she did in fact not belong to this time and age. She had blue eyes that had an icy glow in them. And as she looked at her master, his surroundings began to freeze. Cracking sounds echoing wherever the ice appeared and shuttering what was frozen. Her hair was unkempt, full of leaves, twigs and a few spots had mud. And when she stepped out the room, her height could tell you her age. Nine!

Mustering the courage(gathering the courage)
It was the first rule everyone was given but she could not stand a human being treated like he was. She had to help. Mastering the courage she had left and turned in the direction Ralph had looked. The room was dark nothing was in sight. Yet Ralph still stared. He could still see something. Was he hallucinating? Had he finally lost it? Had he died? Questions kept flooding her brain seeking answers.

"Are you alright? Does it hurt?" she asked concerned. Sasha knew he couldn't answer because he was too broken and beaten to. She remembered what she had brought with her and turned to get it. It was food. Ralph's eyes lit up and a smile could be seen on him bruised lips. She fed him and told him of everything outside.

They had overcome thick and thin together. Tears ran down his one good eye as memories occupied his mind once more. He zoned out. It felt so good when they were together. Until they got attacked for no reason. They were separated and even after his sacrifice. They told him that they had killed her. Ralph di not believe them, he still did not. He knew her she was strong, so they had to be lying.

"Welcome back," he had a voice say, he turned his head slowly toward it. Sasha. She looked like she wanted to him an earful but held back. This reminded him of his family. The love they shared and wondered if this was how it felt to be loved by a mother. Back in the day it was him and his siblings against the world.

Sasha found whatever it was she was looking for and immediately took action. After what felt like an eternity, Ralph's lungs cleared and his took in air. It was still not enough for someone who had gone through more than three minutes without air. But all that mattered now was that he was breathing. She took out her handkerchief and wiped his bloody lips. Sasha then waited.

He wondered what she had brought him tonight and felt relieved. Ralph closed his eyes. Not so ready to leave but did not have a choice. He wanted to smile but pangs upon pangs of intensifying pain hit him again in waves. One greater than the last. Ralph felt himself fading. His mind when blank. The room was dark. Only his heart screamed. And only he, could hear it.

From the background, he could still hear Sasha calling out his name while threatening him. He looked her and what he saw broke him even more. Sasha's eyes were red from all the crying. Fear was written all over her face. She was looking for something in her pockets. Whatever it was of importance since she kept on going through the few pockets she had over and over again.

Audrey did ass she was told. Negative energy so dark flooded her senses. Her hand held her mouth afraid she would let out a scream and call whatever that was. Her brain wondered what that was.
