because most isekai webnovels or fanfics have protagonist wanting a harem or going after multiple women, or saying they will become harem king or harem emperor or god or whatever. it was ok at first but after a while of constantly finding and reading the same harem stories it get old, and after it get old it gets annoying, then frustrating, then tiring. you just start seeing a pattern in the story that just kills you desire to keep read when you hear the tag or read about it in a story. so yeah the harem tag is getting a little overused. not to mention just because he's in a harem world doesn't mean he has to get a harem. not everyone in that world has a harem.
