i hope that you won't make him be overly kind, seeing shinobies as humans is good but don't make him leave his enemies go without killing them just because he started to humanise them, after all they are still soldiers that are ready to kill and if they are ready to kill they should be ready to be killed.sorry for the rant I just saw this happening in alot of stories.
