Yeah that's only half correct, while they were slower when it came to speed they have been shown to have reflexing on par with a tvd vampire that's at least 100 years old and that's just the ones that weren't death dealers and were still kinda young with age (have been proven as a fact that the oldest vampires who end up being closer to the progenitor of the species/turned directly by him or someone he turned tended to be stronger than regular vampires and got stronger the longer they lived since before Marcus became a hybrid Viktor was said to be almost as strong as him though he still had the edge in abilities) the death dealers especially Selene have been shown even before her upgrades that they had speed on par and sometimes faster than most Lycans so while slower than tvd vampires they still aren't that slow, Selene have literally dodged bullets numerous times and they have also been shown being capable of matching some Lycans in physical strength and since a lycans physical strengths would be on par with a tvd werewolf on a full moon it goes to tell you that they wouldn't be that weaker because most vampires in tvd lost to werewolves in the physical department when they were shifted (well until the creator suddenly started getting rid of their qualities for the stories sake- they literally lost their supperspeed and some of their other abilities weakened throughout the show) and Selene was shown to have enough physical strength at the end to flip a moving van which honestly we have rarely seen a vampire do in tvd. Then there are the vampires from the nordic coven that went through the Var Dohr's Sacred Ritual which took a vampire's already existing abilities and increased them and it also gave them some type of unusual abilities, one of them could literally read souls and their speed has been seen to be on par with some older vampires (not like 800 years old but the fact that they get stronger with age and that Selene has been shown to be fast af right after she went through the ritual I'll put their speed to be close to/on par with a 500-700 years old vampire). Honestly, I feel like most people don't truly pay attention to what is shown, implied, and actually written by people who take their time to actually research things, but honestly, the dream walking and tactile telepathy are barely on par with their abilities to know a person every thought and memories by simply drinking some of their blood and compulsion is really only useful when said person isn't a supernatural creature or isn't on vervain.

And obito literally stole them for one purpose because madara told him too and yes I forgot about him cause honestly he used like one eye, when he caught konan, and they were never talked about again until he got a rinnegan and honestly he doesn’t count for the simple fact that he is an uchiha and i have specifically been referring to none uchihas and plus was otherwise unknown until he showed up and who did he introduce himself as? There is literally nothing in your argument that counteract anything I just said 🤨 and you have given nothing that support what you said all you sprouted was your opinion about something that never happened and might not happen since the uchiha bloodline is barely existing, you really think if someone else had the sharingan they would’ve lived considering the fact that Orochimaru and Danzo would went after any sharingan that wasn’t located inside the leaf village and yes it was said before that the ones Danzo had was from ninjas that either got killed during the war or he set up to die when he could do so without suspicion? The guy literally set up the massacre of an entire clan just to get the ones he had and yet your sitting here claiming someone could’ve had it and just never shown? I’m going to debunk this by stating two simple fact, if they had it they would’ve used it and considering it would’ve only been in its base form there’s absolutely no way they would’ve been able to keep it safe once it was known because of the huge strain it out on non uchiha.. it literally had kakashi’s chakra pool constantly draining and he had a limited time he could use it and he was a genius out of his and other generations so no I don’t think it was just not shown, especially given the fact that despite what most people believe there are other dojutsus out there and some are stronger than the base sharingan depending on who uses it, an example would be Ranmaru's dojutsu or the one that allowed the user to control iron including the iron inside the human body/blood.

That's dumb...there was literally only 2 people that even stole them throughout the whole anime, Orochimaru and Danzo.

Actually the condition for MS was to have some mastery over a 3 tome sharingan and seeing someone you love die before your eyes,even the first 3 levels can be accelerated through the use of unexpected trauma..... Madara and his brother awakened theirs more than likely by watching someone they considered precious die since he was the warring period, Itachi awakened his when he watched Shisui commit suicide, Sasuke awakened his when he learned the truth when he killed Itachi, Shisui awakened his when he watched a dear friend and rival die after withholding his aid in a moment of envy and weakness and Obito awakened his when he saw Kakashi kill Rin...so yes it's technically that easy it was the whole reason Itachi wanted Sasuke to kill hate him so he could eventualy awaken his MS when they fight and protect himself better/get stronger...it was all about the emotion, if the emotion is strong enough and real it will advance the sharingan no matter what form its in, that's the 1-tome to 3-tome, intense emotions will advance it though they can still be advanced through training

Lol yeah honestly I would want to be reincarnated as a snake unless I get to choose and keep my memories though I'll probably still reincarnate as a snake with a humanoid form but with all of the abilities of Lucy Miller from the movie Lucy though I'll change the immortality so i can still sustain my normal form while also still being one with the universe-her immortality was tied to the universe if I remember correctly so as long as the universe existed so will she.

Ehhhh yeah I would've preferred a Hope and Josie love story...I just felt like Landon wasn't particularly a good character, he was like a knock-off Stiles before his Phoenix DNA activated since Stiles was actually useful compared to Landon. Landon was either the cause of the trouble or was getting saved from the trouble he himself started even if allot of the times it was by accident. But I felt like Josie and Hope could've brought each other out of their shells and the revealed crush that Josie had on Hope before season 1 started honestly would've made more sense as to why the creator put it in there...And yes I feel that after dealing with Lizzie all her life she could've helped Hope out of her self loathing and self blame since there was allot of time she helped Lizzie through something similar to those problems, and Hope could've helped Josie to start being herself more instead of purposely staying in her twins shadow to make Lizzie feel better because let's be honest she sacrificed allot so she could be there for her twin.

Pretty sure this is rarely used in fan-fictions...heck most reincarnation ff start with the mc getting killed by a truck while trying to save someone, even in actually anime/manga it's a rarity in the reincarnation category by what I've seen, personally I've only seen it in "I'm a spider, so what?"
