From your writing style it’s very easy to see you read a lot of xianxia/xuanhuan junk food. While those may be enjoyable (even though after you’ve read a few the others become a mere repetition of the same story with different names) they are actually very bad for your writing style and your story building too. Your prose will read verbose and repetitive and the episodic events of your story will be very cliché. For this reason, I suggest expanding your horizons by reading more, especially proper books. Literature and its classics may help a lot but it might not be as entertaining as it is not written for the same kind of audience as a web novel is. I’m guessing you will enjoy more genres like Progression Fantasy and Litrpg, since they follow the same logic of getting progressively stronger as most xianxia novels do, just written better. My top PF suggestions are Cradle and Iron Prince. These will help you also in not falling in the popular errors of xianxia novels like minimal character progression (MC is already omegachad from the start), 1D antagonists of the “arrogant young master type”, lack of skill progression (MC only grows in power but not in his ability to wield it, or if he does, it’s not shown but just told as a side note), very bad romance and female characters et cetera. That said, good luck with your writing! Practice makes perfect but exposing yourself to new things and expanding your horizons is a catalyst for growth.

As a suggestion to get better I say read more stuff with good prose. Literature of all kinds, or even fantasy novels like Harry Potter or something (I suggest Cradle and Iron Prince, as good reads) would help a lot because your writing is influenced quite a lot by what you read, especially as a beginner.
