honestly? I just grind sneak on hadvar till max and and fill the sneak power tree to get the one where you go invisible for a split second and abuse that to do ×10 sneak crit I think it was. the heavier daggers makes it harder to time sometimes tho (yes I know it's a cheaty exploit way but that's what I find fun about skyrim)
