ha ha... agreed, that's an option too... but most of Dhruv's majority stake was from his own company (Marble Enterprises), he only acquired a small stake held by Riya's family in Riya's Choice... so he won't be able to transfer his own promoter stake to Riya or anyone without his board's approval, even though he holds majority stake in there... if such a big change happens, investors will start disinvesting which is bad for both the companies.... maybe I should include this somewhere? 🤔🤔
