I can understand where she's coming from because Naoshiro is not connected to the world's balance so with him in the equation the future is very unknown.

Halo 4,5 and infinite are not canon. The lore ended with Halo 3 since Humans are suppose to be forerunner descendants and not just some chosen race. So again that makes whatever 343 did with cortana not canon.

Yep I have theorized when he uses his absorption, his clothes merge with his skin temporary because there's no other reason they should be also transform into metal unless he able to add the properties to what he absorbs to other things.
After I put the table down I focused and absorbed from it. My entire body soon having transformed into the same metal as the table.
