I was basically asking him to show his quick attack move to me so that I can get some insights and learn it I also wanted to check if a turtwig can learn it or not because in game it wasn't and if I learned in then after evolving can I also use it. Well I am thinking this why not a tortera can use quick attack if that Raichu can.

Meanwhile some time ago when turtwig used the razor leaf to attack chimchar some of the razor leafs traveled some distance and hit a flying balloon and it was none other that team rockets ballon snd without even knowing the reason they crashed into the mountain.

This wasn't the only example of this either as far as I could see but certainly the most notable by quite a wide margin. In a way it was almost strange seeing children swim with Sharpedo happily and not get ripped apart by the predatory pokemon. Anyways after searching for about three hours we finally spotted Sky pillar and I had to admit that it was certainly understandable why no one seemed to find it , the whole thing was surrounded by a thick fog that felt suspiciously artificial to me.
