I agree it definitely felt a bit forced. Im all for Adam showing off his abilities, however this is a mightly rank 2 magus that we’re talking about. A few rank 1 should be trival for her. In my opinion it’s pretty annoying how much Lisa leeches off of Adam. I feel like she never offers anything back in return besides for her friendship. Love the story nevertheless though.

For some reason, she had this strange feeling that Adam was more learned than all the professors at the academy. Bizarre as it seemed, she attributed this to Adam being personally taught these high-level topics by Berger, a Rank 3 Magus.
