So? Even if they see Steve as a god, he is still his own individual. If they can’t accept when he makes a decision about what he does with His Life, than it’s not reverence, it’s blind fanaticism or zealotry. They can’t seperate Their perfect idea of him from how he actually is and so will do things that would make him upset. If he finds out that Alex beat the shit out of his significant others, and doesn’t get mad at them for interfering in his personal affairs when they aren’t welcome, I would doubt the legitimacy of his love of Tiona and Ais. Also Every Damn Fucking Minecraft FF has to add Herobrine into it, but never actually doing anything with him. He is always just this shadowy figure in the background, sneaking and being Evil. Herobrine isn’t Evil. He is a Prankster. None of the original accounts of interacting with him ever hinted at any Malicious Intent, just mildly inconvenient pranks. So him being the Background Villain in every Minecraft FF just bores me when I read.
