I really like the story when I first read it. It was very funny. Things that made me frown is that the writer seems like, lacked of knowledge about ancient chinese rules and protocol. Eg: Should call emperor & empress as imperial mother / father. And that it's impossible for the main character to do naughty things to the empress as she should have highly skills guards when mc doesn't even have a strong family backup. Sadly for me, the story getting worse.. I am very sad reading how it end cause I have high expectation for a strong mc. Although the end is not suit to my preference, nonetheless, good job for writing a novel til the end. Please don't be discourage with what I wrote, as people have diff taste, and you can't cater to all of them. I am cheering on you, and hoping that you can progress well.
