I’m really confused. Didn’t they explicitly state that you can’t die in the Sansara World? How are they not halting the test now that it has become clear that the participants can directly die? I understand all the previous vibrato about expecting some of the participants to die, but that was on the premise that they couldn’t withstand the revival test…but we’re talking about being directly killed here…Not to mention, how do these people from the neighboring country expect to be able to peacefully leave the venue after what they’ve done?

It's not too bad, but there's too much internal dialogue and conversation with the system. Plus, he is constantly whining about everything. It's getting a bit annoying at this point.

He literally went to the red light district for that exact reason. Now that there’s a model who is interested, he suddenly avoids the topic??
Alfraed was at a loss at what to say, visiting her in this kind of adult establishment at night could only mean one thing, and led to one thing only. Though legal and the other party consented, he....felt it was not right.

Didn't he just say in the previous chapter that cultivation is too troublesome??
Looking at the large wheel, Song Shi rubbed his hands and stared at the Connate Pure Yang Art. He then muttered in his heart, "Please draw a cultivation technique for me. With my current Yang energy, I'll definitely improve by leaps and bounds after I cultivate."

Brain tumors are something even us mortals here on earth can deal with to some extent, yet the Midnight Inn can’t offer an operation to have it removed? It seems it’s in the system’s best interest to keep the host alive for the time being. A brain tumor represents both a direct and indirect threat to the system’s interests. Even the description of the recovery room implies it should be able to solve this issue. Why was that not everyone’s first thought to try? Hope there is a proper explanation for the brain tumor issue and not just a plot hole.
"It's what I was afraid of. This might be an inadvertent effect of the first procedure whilst cultivating Regal Embrace, which causes all your bodily functions to become more optimized. It even optimized the growth of your tumor. The problem should still be solved once you complete all four procedures, but just to be on the safe side, you should do your best to make sure you cultivate as quickly as possible."

This is not an accurate assessment at all. He travelled to entirely unknown world after becoming a cultivator for only one week and taking a single survival class…
He had killed two zombies while escaping the park since he had received the quest, and had 18 more to go. Lex grinned with excitement. He could envision himself sneaking in the dark like a ninja, stealthily killing zombies. But he was not a man who did things in a rush, he had to be prepared first.

Way too many things happen with no repercussions or having any meaning. What about the affect of the 4500 people that died? The people who left before the battle against Gharm didn’t tell anyone outside the dungeon about what they experienced? Why would these people around the dungeon suddenly just listen to everything Tan Zhong has to say? It feels like I’m reading a summary of events instead of a story.

Why would this not be the first thing you do with every person you meet?
There was a possibility left. And I tried to confirm that with my bonus skill. A blue window appeared with the information about the nun in front of me.

Going to take a break from this for now. Mostly due to my dislike of Guy’s mentality about this. He’s talking about this lIfe-changing epiphany and how it’s time to make a difference, grow a spine, etc….but then he goes to actually make the change and it feels like every road block he just….is immediately ready to give up. Can’t teach without a license? Well, guess I’ll just give up. Can’t form a sect without backing? Guess I’ll just give up. The indecisiveness is really off putting after undergoing such a revelation that i wonder if he even had one.

A decent concept goes downhill quickly. This book turns into a never-ending stream of expert behind this expert behind this expert behind the next expert coming to kill the MC or his junior sister and continues throughout the novel. There’s no character development after the introduction of the characters. The only “romance” between the MC and junior sister is having sex in more egregious ways. If not for the history between them in Linglong’s pre-regression timeline, I wouldn’t have any emotional investment in their relationship. Overall, a mediocre story that might be worth reading through the free chapters to check if you want to continue it.
