I think Zara too is at fault here. She kept giving in to family demand and created the image of a gold digger in her husband eyes. It is good that she is changing & having back bone.
Nathaniel shifted in his seat, his lips parting slightly, finally realizing he shouldn't have said that. He hadn't meant to be cruel. It just slipped out in the heat of the moment. He licked his lips, searching for the right words to apologize.

Good story with both sad and happy ending. Some facts & characters need to be reviewed back since they kind of not make sense (e.g. Marco or Mason, that help Ethan traced Emma vs. that kidnapp Emma & cremate her - in the middle of the story. why Ethan still believes in Vivian though he found out the VIP flag was proven to be from Vivian?).

The story was good but not enough. It gave all the details readers need to know but to haste to reach the ending. I wish there would be a little bit more on both Gen & Jasp, like they meet again as 2 different people in Gen own world, feeling nostalgic but with different fate.
Love to read the continuation i there is one.
