It is only Vikram who is deep into an identity apocalypse, everyone else is still the same. Avi, Kane, and the Parasites are gone for good in the last chapters. Vikram is back to his unruly and uncaring self and doesn't give two hoots about other people's lives. He is a master manipulator and will continue to make use of others' emotions for his own personal gain as he himself is devoid of any EQ (emotional quotient).

Thanks a lot, @hiddennoir for your kind suggestions. Although I tried hard to not redo my efforts, sometimes things do creep in. However, worry not, for Karma's revenge arc alongside the appearance of hidden experts and closing-in of Sight, all kicks off at the Central District and we are already inside the den of experts (with one of them already appearing). I just hope you like reading about massacres ;p
