People like Krillin were training for over a decade before they got strong enough to fight fodder Frieza force enemies. It's not like just anyone can just become that strong on a whim. You're overestimating the ease of achieving that level of strength from a human level. A lot of races in the universe are just naturally far superior to humans. Most of the Frieza force prolly didn't work nearly as hard as Krillin, now that I think about it. That's if they worked for it at all lol Also, DBS is like 30 years after the beginning of Dragon Ball. They trained for 30 years before they beat those guys. Idk what point you wanted to make, but that was likely a poor example

You've also gotta remember that there are countless Frieza force members across multiple galaxies and even people who are considered weak like Raditz should be at least in the low thousands, and therefore able to destroy your planet. The main threats are scary, but aren't the only threats. Not to mention warriors that just happen to be strong, but are on different planets. Seriously. Name a place or time that we've been to in DB that has nobody that can destroy a planet. Planet busters are everywhere in Dragon Ball. Filled to the brim isn't too bad of a description
