He got his powers given to him. Also, if you mean that nobody thought it was weird that he got a quirk, people don't know that Toshinoro Yagi or whatever his name was is All Might.

I'm not all that familiar with the world of MHA, but I'm pretty sure having the extra joint or whatever means that you 100% don't have a quirk. If the quirk was just dormant, the doctor would have noticed. So, logically speaking, they would be more likely to think that Izuku got powers from electricity combined with chemicals, than him being the first person in history to get a quirk while having an extra joint, besides things related to AFO/OFA.

Personally, I understood it as just a body that can't be hurt externally, but I get what you mean.
Since being stabbed didn't feel nice the first time around, his second wish was a though body.

This is just common sense, not "inside knowledge". Him having and making a bunch of skills, and also knowing the quest trigger, are both reasons for suspicion. Knowing that, if you move, it's harder for things to hit you, is not suspicious.
