lets say for example it starts with 10 mana and it gets upgraded and it adds a special move, it then requires more mana like 30. the next level it doesn't add a different attack but increases efficiency and reduces the mana required back to 10 now this repeates for the next few upgrades and we end up with a level 7 spell with 3 or 4 new attacks and an increased efficiency so it stays at 30 mana.
