He wants a proper fight, where he can let loose.

I will only say one thing to that, The martial arts episodes. Saitama was clearly holding back enough in those fights to not kill the dudes. In Jason's case, he is doing the same.

He can punch around people by lowering his strength, yes. But that doesn't mean he would get satisfaction from it. What he wants is a challenge. He is not a maniac who likes to bully the weak, he wants a proper fight. He can control his strength to some degree, yes, but that is not something for him to decide. When he is fighting monsters, he is going for the kill. But when he is fighting normal dudes, he is not trying to kill them. Did you watch the episode where Saitama was fighting in the martial arts tournament? Nobody except the monster died there. Saitama can also control his punches to a dangerous degree, it's just that against monsters, he doesn't do that. Jason wants a real challenge, and not something like punching around people while holding back.
