"Well, a lot of things depending on severity. Most commonly he'd just be replaced." Before he could explain any further everyone was being sorted out into sections and they were all led to one of the buildings. Entering together as one of the first few people, the four of them were making sure not to get separated. The simple building made of compacted dirt didn't even have any windows, and when they stepped inside they were each handed the number 6, placing them in that specific group for the rest of the exams. Darezen ordered them with himself at the front, Nylotte behind him, then Zyrtec, and finally Jarkko. Waiting for about ten minutes, all of them entered with a fifth person. They'd been calling in people in groups of five the entire time, but this still made the three young dragons nervous. If they hadn't changed their appearances like Darezen recommended, it was clear they would've stood out way more. That a single human in the crowd had their hair colors.

"I'm a mere traveling merchant who wishes to do trade in the duke's territory." The guard nodded and two of the other guards encircled the cat to search it.

He stared at him for several seconds, then sighed, "Well, Nylotte seems to have gotten us food. We should eat while we can." With not much else to do, they all went to share in the meal in silence.

"Oh! Know that you mention it! This way, follow me!" Having to shout over the noise, it was lucky they could hear each other at all.

back to backed

Zastair snarled, his muscles bulging as he pushed against it, slowly managing to get his paws underneath him. "AZTORIA!" He reared his head, forcibly dispelling the attack as blood dripped down from his head and one of his horns broke off. Winds whipped the surroundings with his roar and his spread wings, tearing up the ground and assaulting the barrier simultaneously. Darezen flinched away in horror and back up until he was standing with his back against Aztoria's leg. She raised her wings over the two next to her protectively when the full force of the attack was centered onto the barrier. Cracks formed immediately and the entire thing shattered, allowing the attack to head for the three. Darezen reacted quickly and put up a wall in front of them, only able to block from one direction.

to half? completely..... oops

Enraged, Zastair bellowed, "Knock her from the sky! All of them!" Wind pummeled them in many forms, accompanied by claws, tails, wings, and snapping fangs. Being crushed from every direction, the dragons grabbed what they could to stop her flight, eventually forcing her to half completely. Rolling in so that her children were inside a protective ball, she hissed at her attackers threateningly.

"Discussing your plans where the enemy can head you? Not only that, you're taking far too long and not even looking at the enemy. Not good, that needs to be gotten rid of."

can use different word for either "sped" or "speeds" to not be repetitive

As she sped at incredible speeds, she had only one thought, 'I found him! I'll make them all pay!' The man knew something was off though and hurried the child into a secret passage, quickly tying a blindfold over his eyes and sprinting down what seemed to be a long path. Just as Aztoria was slamming onto the ground where it had come from, the man exited the passage and tossed Zyrtec onto a carriage, urging the coachman to take off like his life depended on it. He hopped into the back with the kid as the carriage picked up speed and went over the hills at a brisk pace. Astoria frowned when she could only partially smell him where he had clearly been standing only a minute ago. Taking off, she flew up and looked around but still couldn't spot him. In an attempt to locate him, she did exactly what he had and waited for a response.

Across *town.. .

"Hush!" He had never met a child that had done such a thing, especially so creepy. Zyrtec went limp after tilting his head at the man, going into full on acting mode. Across down, an angered dragoness grew wings from her back while still in a human form, then leapt, flying swiftly towards the screech.
