well, it doesn't really affect the amount of chakra since only the soul was reincarnated. If he happen to inherit indra's chara amount then he shouldn't be wailing after using his rinnegan in the boruto series. even indra was able to create full susanoo without the need of ems, just his own chakra and power.
"I guess I have above average chakra reserves to be able to create four clones without exhaustion. But I also have difficulty minimizing the number of shadow clones because of my poor chakra control, I was originally trying to create only one and slowly add one each time to know my limit since it's very dangerous to just create many. But unfortunately I accidentally created four which I'm guessing my limit for now. Luckily I have enough chakra to support such a proportion of chakra needed or else I will die if my chakra is not enough to the requirement to even create one clone." Sasuke said.
